CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paul leads delivery and transformation across ISG Research, with delivery responsibility for Provider Services, ISG Provider Lens (IPL), and ISG Software Research, including the analyst and operational communities that enable consistent quality and scalable execution. My focus is ensuring our research and provider-facing programs translate into practical guidance that helps providers sharpen differentiation, strengthen credibility with advisors and buyers, and succeed in the market.

Building on a career that includes founding and scaling ISG’s Research business, I now concentrate on integrating teams, modernizing delivery, and improving the end-to-end experience for providers engaging with ISG. This includes aligning operating models, streamlining workflows, and applying automation and AI to increase speed, consistency, and value delivered to the market.
