CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Chris Karalis has over 15 years of experience at ISG, where he has delivered more than 150 client assessments focused on improving cost efficiency, quality, and productivity. He specializes in leveraging data-driven insights to develop fact-based solutions that are both actionable and easy to communicate. Additionally, Chris is Product Owner of ISG Inform, an on-demand technology benchmarking platform. In this role, Chris has guided product development and delivery, shaping ISG�s benchmarking and analytics capabilities. Over the past three years, Chris has led the Americas Data and Analytics team, driving data strategy and innovation across multiple engagements.
