CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES: I lead the Business Process Outsouricng (BPO ) practice for ISG Americas including F&A, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Ops abd Industry BPO. My team and I work with ISG clients to help them understand the BPO landscape and the art of the possible when it comes to BPO services including AI and AI infused BPO solutions, GBS solutions and work closely with our clients to help them realize those the benefits of those solutions with the development of strategy roadmaps and provider selection processes.
