Frances is an Associate Director at Accenture where she is the Pricing Advisor specializes in Competitive Pricing, Benchmarking, and Profitable Pricing. Her deepest expertise is in Infrastructure Managed Services but also has advance knowledge of Application Managed Services, Systems Integration, Consulting and Strategy.

Prior to coming to Accenture in 2021, Frances had a 16.5+ year career at IBM where she had many roles including Client Finance Manager (Pricing) for 5 years, various Corporate Finance roles for 5 years and several years leading North America Competitive Pricing, Cost Modeling, and Service Level Negotiations.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys time with her family especially with her one daughter. She loves watching North Carolina (UNC) College Basketball, gardening, volunteering in the community, audiobooks and time in the metaverse.
