Menaka is a senior leader managing Tech & Customer Success of the AWS Partner organization. She is recognized as a thought leader of the enterprise cloud transformation, data center transformation, sustainability, and digital innovation. Menaka is the member of the global board that manages workforce sustainability across Amazon, she is a frequent speaker in various industry decarbonization forums. She is also the co-founder of AWS south Asian women in tech initiative that inspire inclusion, diversity, and equity to foster more careers in science and technology for south Asian women.
