During our experience providing OCM support for sourcing engagements, we have seen good transitions and some that could have been better. During this session, we will provide some key lessons learned during our experience over the past 12 months and share tips on how providers can help to avoid these same mistakes and begin the relationship with their partner on the right foot. We will discuss pitfalls that can occur during each phase of transition and ways to prevent or mitigate these.
